Kent Property Services is a local business based in Medway, Kent. Its prime objective is to rent small to medium houses and flats in the Medway areas.

We pride ourselves in offering a high standard of accommodation to all our tenants. We are members of the National Landlords Association and are Accredited Landlords with the Kent Landlords Accreditation  Scheme.

As well as residential lettings we own and manage a  number of properties used by Kent Councils as temporary accommodation, for homeless individuals and families prior to them finding a permanent home.
